General terms and conditions

All orders are binding. Within Switzerland we charge you an overall part of shipping costs which is 15.- per packet until a total order value of 500.-  Please make sure in your own interest that the indicated delivery address including phone number is correct. For possible delays, no-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or in case that the desired article is not on stock we assume no liability.

Prices are declared in Swiss Francs (CHF) and contain 8% value added taxes (VAT). Our VAT-Number is CHE-277.859.254.

It is possible to pay in cash, on account or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express).

We guarantee our customers the supply of perfect, new products. Items may be returned within 14 days in perfect and unused condition. We reserve the right to charge any potential extra costs. Please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours, whenever articles were damaged during delivery. Claims for compensation in case of wrong images, texts, prices or delayed delivery are not possible. There is no right to exchange for products that were produced after customer request or ordered especially for a customer. Errors, price changes or minor changes in products excepted.

We undertake not to sell your personal information to third parties. All personal data is treated confidentially. All data, which is needed for the transaction processing is saved and where required for order handling, passed to connected companies.

Your credit card data is encrypted by proven SSL technology. The respective competent credit card company authorizes every transaction. You can see your shopping on your credit card statement under “XXX”. We are not saving your credit card.

The delivered products last our proprietary until full payment.
